“Later.” A very dangerous word

The difference between a dream and reality is a date. “Later” is not a date.

The danger of "later" is that life quietly turns it into "never"

“Later.” A very dangerous word.

We all use it:

  • I’ll travel later
  • I’ll spend more time with my loved ones later
  • I’ll start that project that truly matters to me later
  • I’ll really live… later

The problem is simple: The difference between a dream and reality is a date. “Later” is not a date.

For years, it seems to work:

  • we build
  • we grow
  • we accelerate

  • projects follow one another
  • responsibilities increase
  • calendars fill up

And “later” stays somewhere in the corner of our minds.

Then one day, something shifts. We realize that time isn’t expandable.

  • that some years pass faster than expected
  • that some moments will never come back
  • that some people won’t always be there

And suddenly, a question appears. What if later never comes? Not because of tragedy. But simply because life keeps moving forward.

It is often at that moment that priorities begin to change. We start asking ourselves: What do I truly want to experience? Not one day. Not when everything is perfect. Now.

Because deep down, dreams don’t disappear. They simply wait for us to stop postponing them.

That is also why chapter beyond was born — for those who have spent years building… and who feel that perhaps the time has come to start living certain things before they remain forever in the category of “later.”

begin your life, again
