My chapter beyond.
My family didn’t only teach me how to build connections — but how to do it by setting the frame first: respect, discretion, trust. Because what we live together will always matter more than what we display.
In the 1960s, my father created The Griffin’s Club. A place where exceptional people met and exchanged… and where nothing ever leaked. That culture of discretion is a cornerstone of the new chapter of my life I’m about to tell you about.
For more than 30 years, I founded and grew companies in marketing, technology, community building, and hospitality. But what shaped me most isn’t only what I “built.” It’s what I learned and understood along the way.
My WHY can be summed up in one word: TO SHARE. Simon Sinek helped me express it better than I ever could on my own:
“I love to share everything I know to help others see a bigger picture.”
Very early on, I understood that the best way to learn from others isn’t only to absorb… it’s first to share. To give before receiving.
I lived that very concretely by building international conferences around creation and innovation — like LIFT or the CREA Digital Day — and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) community in Western Switzerland.
And in my life, there were also two health wake-up calls. I won’t go into details, but they left me with one certainty: time isn’t guaranteed. You can spend years “succeeding”… while postponing what matters most: living, feeling, daring, reinventing yourself.
That’s where chapter beyond was born: not as just another community, but as a sanctuary for those who have already built, proven, won — and who feel that their next chapter is elsewhere: in presence, meaning, the quality of relationships, and dreams they haven’t yet dared to make real.
“We are not here to scale businesses. We are here to scale life.”
Not more noise. More truth.
Not more status. More depth.
And above all: a culture built on generosity without commerce, sharing without an agenda, and trust as a condition — not a promise.
